Accredited makeup courses enable you to deepen you knowledge and take your artistry further. Makeup courses are suitable for all levels including those who are looking to begin a career in makeup artistry. Current makeup artists, teachers and instructors, can learn new skills to broaden their knowledge and develop new skills.
Achieving your accredited course will enable you to start working on clients, start your own business or embark on a freelance career. You will be able to gain insurance at a special discounted rate following the successful completion of the course.
About the courses
Courses include theory, demonstrations, guided practical sessions, course manual and a accredited certificate. There is a maximum of six and minimum of two attendees on any given course. There is also an option for one-to-one training if this your preference. This ensures a high quality learning experience, personalised guidance and feedback throughout the course. JB makeup studio is fully equipped with lighting, equipment, products and an ideal environment to learn.
All products, materials, equipment and brushes are supplied for each course. You will not need to purchase anything to bring with you. A kit list will be provided if you wish to buy your own to bring with you to the course. If you are an established makeup artist and wish to bring your own kit and brushes you are more than welcome to do so.
As a result of being a qualified and experienced teacher. I am known for a professional, patient and calm approach. Having started to teach in 2011 for a makeup company. I then went onto to become a University Lecturer. Teaching hair styling, wigs and makeup for TV and film combines with vast makeup industry experience in different makeup genres.
