About Jenny’s Makeup Career
My career is diverse and has enabled me to work in a variety of makeup disciplines. I have travelled to different parts of the world for various projects. Working in some beautiful and unusual locations. This includes working in medical moulage and casualty simulation, television and live production, events, ecommerce, bridal, online and print editorials. One working day creating beauty makeup in a warm studio and the next creating injuries outside in all weathers.

About Jenny’s Teaching Career
I begun teaching in colleges and to professional makeup artists in 2011 initially for airbrush makeup and was part of their pro team. During this time, I qualified as a teacher and begun to deliver CPD moulage and casualty simulation courses across the UK. After working as a visiting lecturer at a Local University. I combined my experience as a makeup artist with teaching industry relevant skills. Then I was appointed as a University Lecturer in hairstyling, wigs and makeup for stage and screen. Combining my industry experience with teaching felt rewarding sharing my knowledge and passion for the makeup industry to aspiring students. I aim to teach and enhance skills that enable you to have confidence with embedding your training into your working practice.
